Historically important figures Mihály Munkácsy and Jókai Mór's have a happenstance meeting at a Parisian café, and their discussion turns spicy (paprika)... who is the greater artist and makes a more important contribution to his nation: the artist who lives and creates as a global citizen, elevating the recognition and glory of his country internationally, or the artist who lives with the people of his country, creating art representing local daily life?
